Follow in Frank Sinatra’s Footsteps
If it’s near dinner time, you may want to stay on Little Santa Monica Blvd., proceed West and enjoy a bite at another old Beverly Hills spot: La Dolce Vita restaurant. It was founded in 1966, when it attracted Rat Packers like Frank Sinatra. Like many of the citizens of Beverly Hills, it has undergone some nips and tucks since then. But its resident bartender—an original fixture—can tell a story or two while mixing a mean Tom Collins. Be sure to ask him about the ‘good ol’ days’ when Kennedys visited the restaurant.
