5. Olympic Spa - Asian Spa and Retreat

6. RafflesAmrita Spa

There are a number of Amrita Spas spread across the globe, but there's only one in the United States and it's right here in LA. It's tucked away in the Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel, and now officially called RafflesAmrita Spa, because Raffles likes to repeat their name a great deal. It's pure luxury and relaxation.

7. Burke Williams

The big daddy of Los Angeles day spas. It's not the most expensive, but it does have nine locations in California with six in the LA area and three more in Orange County. They get crowded and rushed sometimes and have a tendency to lose ground in the customer service arena when that happens. Even so, they generally have an excellent treatment staff. Over all, it's a good bet.
