Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork of the '60s pop group The Monkees lived in Laurel Canyon.
Initially, in 1967, Tork had shared living space with Joey Richards and Stephen Stills.
Of the pair of Monkees' homes, Tork's place on Willow Glen was the more notorious--for its out-of-hand 'Monkees parties.' Tork's party pads were Bachanalian homes-away-from-home for such rock n' roll royals as Jimi Hendrix.
Dolenz is nevertheless said to have spearheaded his share of the then-popular naked swimming fete genre as well.
