The British are coming... again! This time, they're coming to LA and in a double-decker bus.
In celebration of the vinyl release of 14 Beatles albums remastered in stereo (with replicated artwork), a Beatled-tripped-out double decker bus with a built-in pop-up shop will roll through Los Angeles. Wares such the aforementioned vinyl LPs, CDs, DVDs and unique t-shirts will be available for on-bus purchase.
The Beatles mobile will be cruising around LA on Tuesday, November 13th. It will make three stops:
- 9:30-11 a.m.: Capitol Records, 1750 North Vine St.
- 12-1:30 p.m.: ICE at Santa Monica Ice Skating Rink, 1324 5th St.
- 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m.: L.A. Live in Downtown
I am dying of curiosity to find out whether the bus is a custom left-side steering wheel model or a true British right-sider. We'll just have to wait and see.
