Calling all fashionistas and fashionistos! LA Fashion Week is just around the corner from October 13-21.
The bi-annual citywide event is not centrally organized but showcases the work of a range of designers, as well as related events.
One such event thrown by Downtown LA Art Walk and Project Ethos will take place prior to Fashion Week, on October 11th at Exchange LA (618 South Spring St.). Its centrepiece is a signature runway showcase by emerging designers. The event will also feature live performances, spinning DJs, and art in a downstairs gallery.
Its hosts have described the happening as being at "the intersection of fashion, music and art." It will take place between 7pm-2am. Pre-sale tickets cost $20 (plus a service charge of $2.50).
