Harvey Weinstein is a monolithic behind-the-scenes name in Hollywood. With the documentary Unauthorized: The Harvey Weinstein Project, the producer and studio chairman takes center stage.

The film, directed by Barry Avrich, will screen, this Thursday, October 4th at 7:30 p.m. at LACMA. The big man won't be there, but the big man behind his movie will be. A Q&A with Avrich will follow the screening.

In addition to the Weinstein doc, Barry Avrich has also made films about such Hollywood insiders as Dominick Dunne and Lew Wasserman.

Tickets are $10 for the general public, $7 for LACMA members, seniors (62 and up), and students with valid  ID.
