If you love discovering cool, new unsung artists, you'll want to pop into the Pieces of Hope Weekend of Art on June 4th and 5th, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Homeless or recently homeless Piece by Piece artists or Skid Row Residents will showcase their mosaic works at the free event. There will even be mosaic workshops open to the public (cost is $75 for adults and $30 for youth and includes lunch and materials).
Pieces of Hope will take place at The Mark at 9320 West Pico Blvd. Proceeds from sales go back to participants, to help subsidize their income.
